The Parkside (2017)
A brand new 3-room flat in Tseung Kwan O owned by a professional. While implementing our ideas, the interior was designed to correspond with fungshui. The living room features a long TV cabinet extending to the dining room as a long bench, and effectively co-opting the concrete wall, a natural wood dining table and metallic lights into its design. The master bedroom is a neat trick, with a large L-shaped wardrobe with hydraulic bed and bedside drawers. The home is designed to be natural and relaxed, and to uplift the quality of life of the owner.
Greenery Place Tower 2 翠韻華庭 (2016)
A young professional couple have this 2-bedroom flat renovated to welcome their new baby. A white and natural wood tone is implemented in the design. Furniture is designed in block shape with round corners to deliver a puzzle effect and to provide sufficient storage. All materials are carefully selected for the new born.
Chun Wo site office 俊和灣仔寫字樓 (2016)
This is a very quick turnaround site office for Chun Wo Development in Wanchai. Key words here: functionality and simplicity. Started from scratch, the project was completed in 20 days from design to finish.
The Zenith 尚翹峰 (2016)
A 500 sq ft small apartment design and renovation project in Wanchai. It is a more traditional design with wood and white elements for a busy professional owner. Everything has been handled in detail and the biggest challenge was to ensure a very quick renovation period of 2 months.
ZhongShan 越秀星匯隽庭 (2015)
A 1,700 sq ft apartment project in ZhongShan. Everything started from scratch with no water pipes or electricity foundation. It is a 3-room 2-toilet apartment with an L-shaped balcony, 1 kitchen. Industrial and natural elements have been injected into this project to create a nice harmony and natural feeling home for a retired family.
Greenery Place Tower 1 翠韻華庭 (2013)
A 768 ft flat with roof top interior project. Everything started from scratch, from flooring and wall demolishing, to furniture and lighting. A 3-room + 2-toilet apartment changed to a 2-room + 1 toilet + 1 walk-in closet design. With the release of a room area, the living room expanded dramatically and the expanded area becomes an art and mini garden corner for relaxation, wine tasting and a home office. All furniture, lighting and original art pieces were carefully created and selected.
Sky Tower 傲雲峰 (2013)
Small home, big storage idea. This is a 700 ft project in To Kwa Wan, with a strong request of storage and an open kitchen with a bar area. It is a full renovation with all the custom built furniture, platform, bed. Natural wood with a mixture of stone tiles are the main elements of this home.
Peak One 壹號雲頂 (2012)
A very pleasant area of Shatin, the apartment has a 1,100 ft carpet area. Natural green colour and wood theme, with great simplicity and beautiful art elements. The original developer’s flooring, kitchen and toilets were kept as they were. Decoration, picture frames, dining table, benches, lighting and other furniture were carefully selected to maintain the natural tone and the art and crafts atmosphere.
Greenery Place Tower 4 翠韻華庭 (2012)
A 904 ft flat in the relaxing location of Yuen Long. The owner wished to have an open kitchen, an open piano room, and a walk-in closet, and to complete within a tight budget. We have carefully planned the project and to demolish and build some walls to suit their needs. A feature wall of colourful tiles and the wood fan are the highlights of this stylish home.
Fairview Park M1 No. 65 錦繡花園M1段65號 (2012)
A 850 ft house with a little garden. To suit a young couple, a clean design with special lighting and mini bar were implemented. We have made changes on structure too which includes stairs, kitchen and garden to make the design looks neat, natural and spacious. The art pieces on the wall are original pieces painted by Metroloft to elevate the house design. Fung shui elements were included into the design too.
Fairview Park Bauhinia South No. 46 錦繡花園紫荊南路172號 (2011)
We created this open modern style house for the busy business couple. The family does not cook much, we aimed to provide a more open atmosphere so that each family member can see each other more and enjoy every corner inside the house. Modern lighting and furniture were selected. Garden kept simple to ease the gardening maintenance workload.
Oyster Plus – Shop Design + Corporate Identity (2009)
Oyster Plus was the first oyster bar in the New Territories. It is located in the pleasant cultural and recreation area of Yuen Long. The setting is informal, with tiles and a large painting on the wall depicting European lifestyles in the past, and the mood is relaxed, luxurious but not pretentious. Open door design helps to make this little shop looks more spacious and welcoming. The project includes corporate identity and logo design to elevate the style and integrity of the shop.
Toilette Boutique – Shop Design + Corporate Identity, Singapore (2008)
Singapore based contemporary ladies fashion boutique with unique style and unconventional retail concepts, located in the heart of Singapore shopping district, Orchid.
Successfully established as a trendsetter by offering fashionable, stylist products with
competitive prices over our competitors. The shop design and atmosphere is ideal to
serve different classes of women, Tai Tai, professionals and young fashion lovers.
The interior design and corporate identity fits street fashion, and also takes care of
executive smart casual to occasional cocktail dresses. The shop design is further
enhanced by a selection of beautiful and chic accessories comprise of bags, shoes,
and costume jewelry.
Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Phase II – Head Office Decoration Project (2007-08)
A project to decorate the whole head office of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. The project includes frame and photo design and other decorative items. Natural tone has been used.
